I’m a fully qualified therapist with over 10 years counselling experience with adults. I’m on the Accredited Register of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I trained for four years in London at the City Literary Institute to become a Person-Centred counsellor.

My counselling experience whilst training was within a bereavement service in Ealing, London; and a further education college in Brighton - counselling young people and students.

I qualified as a counsellor in 2015, and started my private therapy practice in Lewes, East Sussex in 2016.

I have twice monthly clinical supervision for my practice which is a requirement for all counsellors in the UK.

I see adults with a whole range of issues but my specialisms are bereavement and loss of all kinds, childhood developmental trauma and neglect, post natal problems and boarding school issues.
