There are no expectations about what you talk about, it’s a relaxed environment where you can talk freely about what’s on your mind, without the fear of being judged. I will listen carefully and interact with you with sensitivity and respect.

You are not alone

Talking through your problems with an experienced therapist who isn’t involved in your everyday life can bring a huge sense of relief. By sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone trained to hear you and who’s going to fully accept you and your experience can be life changing.
